Dixon urges Mourinho to splash Chelsea cash - March 16, 2006
Former Chelsea star Kerry Dixon is keen to see Jose Mourinho splash the cash to avoid more Euro heartache next season.
Former Chelsea striker Dixon was gutted after the Blues crashed out of the Champions League against Barcelona last week.
Michael Ballack and Andriy Shevchenko are the latest names to be linked with Stamford Bridge.
Dixon said: "I thought Barcelona were the better team over two legs. It showed we could still do with improving the side.
"I still feel there are one or two places where Chelsea could do with finding the right answers."
