Hughes discussing transfer plans with Blackburn board - March 16, 2006
Blackburn Rovers boss Mark Hughes has confirmed he's discussing summer market plans with his board.

The Welshman, who has spent just £7 million on transforming Rovers from relegation candidates to contenders for a European place in the last 18 months, said: "We think we can build and push on.
"We will have to add in the summer, as most teams in the Premier League will, because the bar has been raised.
"It's a really strong league, one that is improving, so you have to try and strengthen.
"If you don't, or you strengthen in the wrong areas, or your signings don't happen for you, then you find yourself in real difficulties.
"We don't want that to happen. We've a real platform now because we have gained a lot of belief from this season.
"Hopefully, that will filter through to next season, given that we hope to strengthen in the summer as well."
