Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp admits he would've quit the game if they had failed to beat the drop.
Redknapp admitted: "Yes, it's true. If we had gone down I would have looked at it and thought maybe I would call it a day.
"There were always people going to be upset that I left the club first time around and they had to be won over but maybe some of that has been done now.
"There would have been a lot of them thinking that I was going to fail. There would have been a lot of them wanting me to fail. But I know what I have done here. I know what I have achieved."
