AC Milan have made a formal approach in the last 24 hours to Lazio for fullback Massimo Oddo.
Milan asked Lazio president Claudio Lotito to open negotiations about the Italy international, but received a negative response.
Lotito won't consider selling Oddo for anything less than an "astronomical figure". Along with Milan, Lazio have also rejected enquiries from Valencia and Tottenham.
