Roberto Carlos insists he wants to play on at Real Madrid.
Some have speculated that the days of some of the galacticos could be numbered but Roberto Carlos, who has galactico status but joined the club in 1996, is not so sure.
"I want to finish my career in Europe and Madrid and afterwards go to Brazil," he said.
"I have had good offers but they don't interest me. I have bought a new house in Madrid and I want to be here with my children."
He also gave a vote of confidence in Ronaldo, whose future is the subject of much speculation.
"Ronie has his way of doing things and his way of thinking but he looks good to me," said his fellow Brazilian.
