Robson urges Chelsea's Mourinho: Don't be a Napoleon - March 16, 2006
Sir Bobby Robson has urged his former protégé Jose Mourinho to quit his addiction to "conflict".
Sir Bobby wrote an open letter to the Chelsea manager this week and told the Portuguese he should concentrate on forging a reputation more like Bill Shankly's than Napoleon's.
Napoleon, Robson said, was "an absolutely brilliant general who nevertheless ended up a failure because he was addicted to conflict".
