Hiddink confirms PSV exit

Coach Guus Hiddink has confirmed he will leave PSV Eindhoven at the end of the season.
Hiddink, who is reported to be on a Football Association shortlist to succeed the outgoing Sven Goran Eriksson, will leave The Philips Stadion despite having over a year left on his existing contract.
The Dutchman has combined a coaching role with an advisory position at the Dutch giants this season and it is believed PSV will seek compensation from any party interested in employing Hiddink beyond this summer.
Hiddink, who is also expected to step down from his position as coach of Australia after the forthcoming World Cup finals, revealed that he had yet to finalise terms with any prospective suitors.
"There is nothing concrete," said the 59-year-old, who is also rumoured to be a front runner to become the new coach of the Russian national team.
"I will stop as PSV coach at the end of the season. It has been a great four years in which we have achieved many great things with this team, and we want to add one or two more this season."
