Everton midfielder Phil Neville has tipped Ryan Giggs to be a "tough" manager in the future.
The former Manchester United team-mates were together on a UEFA coaching course last summer and Neville was taken aback by the Welshman's style.
Both stars, along with the likes of Gary Neville, Roy Keane and Nicky Butt, are keen to go into management when they eventually hang up their boots.
"Everyone was different," Neville told The Daily Mail.
"But I wouldn't like to play under Ryan Giggs, that's for sure. Tough, really tough.
"Ryan was quiet, calm but very assertive.
"He coaches like he plays. Effortless. The way he just glides across the pitch.
"He can catch a player's attention with his eyes. Those eyes, they scare me. He's one of the nicest blokes you'll ever meet, but he can look at you - like when you've given him a bad ball - and you think he's going to rip your head off!"
