A host of Premiership clubs have held talks with Saint-Etienne in the last week over midfielder Didier Zokora's availability.
The Ivory Coast international has been told he will be sold this summer by Saint-Etienne, which have received approaches from Portsmouth, Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham in the last seven days.
Zokora is rated at around £7 million by his French club.
