USA coach Arena: No Beasley rift

USA coach Bruce Arena insists there's no rift with winger DaMarcus Beasley as players questioned his tactics after the thumping by the Czech Republic.
Both Beasley and Bobby Convey were critical of Arena's approach to the match, which finished 3-0 in the Czech's favour.

"I would have to say you've got two young players commenting, and you've got an anxious press corps that wants to jump on anything they can jump on," he said at a news conference earlier this week. "I would have to say, if anything, we were over-organized. Our guys know everything they need to know going into these games.
"Our guys were thoroughly, thoroughly prepared for the game, there's no doubt in my mind about that. And they will be thoroughly prepared for the game against Italy."
Last night, however, Arena insisted: "I know it doesn't sound as exciting as you want it to be, but there's no problems with DaMarcus.
"All we did was lose a game. We lost a game, and now the challenge of every team in any kind of sport is how you come back."
