New Udinese coach Giovanni Galeone is confident of success today against Messina.
"A good performance and a positive result against Messina would give us an important push towards avoiding the drop," said Galeone.
"I am confident we can defend our Serie A status but I need to work on my players' morale.
"The team plays well from the start but as soon as they concede a goal they seem to give up.
"We must learn how to suffer and take the example of teams like Parma and Empoli who have proved to keep their heads and not lose it."
