Chelsea striker Eidur Gudjohnsen has completed his move to Barcelona for ?8million after signing a four-year deal with the European champions.
The Iceland striker made it clear to Chelsea he wanted to move on after playing a minor part in their second successive title success last season.
A Chelsea spokesman said: "We have agreed a fee with Barcelona for the transfer of Eidur Gudjohnsen.
"Chelsea thank Eidur for the wonderful service he has given us over the past six years, and the part he has played in our winning of trophies."
