Ossie Ardiles rates Argentina star Carlos Tevez as similar to his former World Cup teammate Diego Maradona.
Speaking at the launch of the Royal Mail’s official World Cup stamps, Ardiles said of the Corinthians striker: “Tevez will be a massive player for Argentina. He was South American Player of the Year for two years in a row — not even Maradona did that.
“He is very skilful, he scores, creates, does everything. He is a Maradona-type player.”
