Birmingham boss Bruce angry with Sullivan

Birmingham City boss Steve Bruce is angry with co-owner David Sullivan over comments about his players.
Sullivan claimed that the club would "bomb a lot of players out" following the 7-0 FA Cup defeat to Liverpool.

"I'm disappointed by the owner's criticism. I don't think that should be aired in public," said Bruce. "But he is the owner of the club and you have to respect what he says. He is entitled to his opinion."
Sullivan said he looked to bring in players that "want to play for the club".
Birmingham are in the Premiership relegation zone and three points from safety, having suffered seven defeats in 14 home league games.
However, Bruce does not feel criticism of the players' financial arrangements has anything to do with Blues' playing record.
"When the criticism comes down to money, pensions and everything else it means nothing," he said.
"If you have any pride about you, whether you are playing for two bob or 30 grand a week, you do not want to be beaten 7-0 at home by Liverpool.
"It disappoints me when these sort of things are angled towards money.
"The players have been criticised from pillar to post. The only way to answer that criticism is by doing something about it, by admitting that you have to come in for some criticism when you are heavily defeated."
