Liverpool striker Fernando Morientes says Robbie Fowler has sparked their goal rush.
Morientes said: "Fowler's arrival isn't a blow for the other forwards.
"Competition is a good thing. In my case, once he returned I started to score.
"In England, people are still yet to see the true Morientes that Europeans know, but this is only a matter of getting on a streak.
"Once I start to score every game, the streak will get better.
"I am not satisfied with my performance for Liverpool this season.
"But I don't believe Rafa Benitez has lost confidence in me."
