Barcelona's Gudjohnsen deal hits Chelsea roadblock

Barcelona's pursuit of Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard could wreck their plans to land striker Eidur Gudjohnsen.

Lampard was recently in Barcelona house-hunting and reportedly met with Barca sports director Txiki Begiristain and discussed a possible future move to the Nou Camp.
AS says Chelsea chiefs have learned of the meeting and are insisting Barca confirm the talks took place or there won't be any flexibility over negotiations for Gudjohnsen.
Barca doesn't want to go higher than ?7 million for the Icelander, while Chelsea know they could sell him to a Premiership rival for ?10 million - at least.
