Mijatovic confirms interest in AC Milan's Kaka

Predrag Mijatovic didn't shy away from Real Madrid's interest in AC Milan midfield ace Kaka last night.

Mijatovic, who is presidential candidate Ramon Calderon's football chief, admitted they were interested in the Brazilian, along with several Juventus players. The former Real striker also criticised rival candidates over claims they were ready to pay Barcelona midfielder Lionel Messi's £100 million buyout clause.
"Italian football is complicated and we not only have paid attention to Juve in signing players," said Mijatovic. "In addition, I believe that to pay a buyout clause at Barça is a barbarism and that something that should not be done.
"Kaka is a great player, very interesting, but I also have many others in mind."
