Schalke 04 midfielder Christian Poulsen has rejected a rival offer from Inter and will stick to his agreement with AC Milan.
Inter have tabled a bigger contract offer to the Bosman prospect than Milan, but the Denmark international has decided he will move to last season's Champions League finalists in the summer.
Villarreal are still due a £650,000 fee from Poulsen after he had initially agreed a pre-contract with them, but the midfielder says: "I don't really care who will pay the clause to Villarreal.
"The important thing for me is that only Milan will do - even if we haven't yet settled on all the details."
