Goalkeeper Iker Casillas admits Real Madrid are in chaos after the resignation of president Fernando Martin this week.
"It is clear that what we are experiencing something we cannot understand," said Casillas. "There are many changes, many comings and goings.
"I always have said that if improvement is needed then change is good, but this much change is not good."
He added: "It isn't logical that there's been three presidents in two months. But the players must think only about the next game against Osasuna and not what's going on in the boardroom."
