Lazio are chasing Livorno defender Cesar Prates.
The agent of the Brazilian, Eugenio Ascari, said: "Walter Sabbatini, Lazio's transfer advisor, knows him very well and is considering my client very carefully.
"(Lazio coach) Delio Rossi was very impressed by the player during the match some weeks ago at the Olimpico.
"The only worry I have is that Lazio may decide against him because of his age (31). But if they showed serious interest, Cesar Prates would jump at the chance to wear the Lazio shirt."
