Fiorentina threaten legal action over Arezzo's Pasqual

Fiorentina are ready to go to court to sign Arezzo fullback Manuel Pasqual.

The Florence club have an agreement with Arezzo that they can sign the remaining 50 per cent of Pasqual's registration at the end of this season.
However, it's emerged this week that Arezzo are in talks with Juventus, which could lead to Fiorentina losing the Italy international.
Fiorentina executive manager Sandro Mencucci blasted: "We have an agreement and we are ready to go to court in order to show it. There are also witnesses and contracts that must be respected."
Meanwhile, Arezzo president Piero Mancini insisted today: "There is no agreement with Juventus for our half of Pasqual's registration.
"Our price is set at £3.5 million."
