Rossi defends Treviso record

Ezio Rossi has defended former club Treviso over their relegation campaign this season.

"We cannot forget that this team was put together in one week," said coach Rossi in reference to the fact that the team had not been budgeting on top-flight football for most of last summer.
"The team had to pay until the end of January for their unexpected promotion to the top flight."
The Veneto-based side, who have the worst attacking line in the competition with just 20 goals scored, will be looking to give the home fans something to celebrate today against Ascoli in what has otherwise been a dismal campaign.
