Lazio's sudden form slide has given coach Delio Rossi sleepless nights.
The 3-3 draw with Empoli last week left the Roman club Biancoceleste two points behind Chievo, who hold the last UEFA Cup position.
"I haven't slept for two nights," said Rossi. "We've thrown away a golden opportunity to go level with Chievo.
"It's a bitter result when we could have easily killed the game off in the opening half.
"The problem with my players is that they think they have done the job and they relax before the game is over.
"We can only learn from our mistakes and focus on our next games."
