Bayern Munich general manager Uli Hoeness believes midfielder Michael Ballack will join Chelsea in the summer.
The Bundesliga leaders are resigned to losing their talisman to the big-spending Blues, who are closing in on their second straight Premiership title in England.
When asked on German Premiere TV before Bayern's match at Werder Bremen about new transfer rumours in Saturday's press regarding Ballack, Hoeness said: "I personally believe he will go to Chelsea."
