Chelsea are eyeing Blackburn Rovers striker Craig Bellamy.
The Sunday Mirror says Blues boss Jose Mourinho is monitoring the Wales international, who has fired Rovers within touching distance of Champions League qualification.
Rovers boss Mark Hughes said: "I don't even want to think about the prospect of another club coming knocking on the door for Craig at the end of the season.
"It would have to be a lot of money to get him, but at the moment it's definitely a case of hands off."
