Cantona: Maradona the best

Eric Cantona says Diego Maradona is the world's greatest ever player, ahead of Brazilian legend Pele.
The former Manchester United star believes Argentina would not have won the 1986 World Cup without Maradona, however, says without Pele, Brazil would have still been victorious in 1970.
"The biggest difference I find between Maradona and Pele is that Maradona won the 1986 World Cup on his own," said Cantona during his visit to Argentina. "He didn't have the quality players around him.
"But Brazil could have won the World Cup in 1970 without Pele because that team was full of stars.
"Many people say Pele is the best player ever but I don't agree.
"Maradona won the title on his own in 1986, in 1990 he lost in the final and in 1994, he was suspended. Maybe if he hadn't been suspended he would have won that competition too.
"So in my opinion, Maradona will always be the best."
