Inter Milan striker Adriano was spotted in talks with Leonardo this week in Switzerland.
While in Switzerland with Brazil's World Cup squad, it's emerged that Adriano and his agent, Gilmar Veloz, were spotted in an informal meeting with Leonardo, who acts as AC Milan's South American ambassador.
The meeting occurred only hours after Adriano again questioned his future at Inter and his relationship with coach Roberto Mancini.
