Mexican coach Javier Aguirre has confirmed he's leaving Osasuna.
The 47-year-old Mexican, who coached his home nation at the 2002 World Cup, has decided not to extend his contract with the Primera Liga outfit when it ends this month.
Aguirre is the most successful coach in Osasuna's history having recently guided the Pamplona-based side into the Champions League for the first time.
Last season, he also led the team to their first Copa del Rey final, which they lost in extra time to Real Betis.
Aguirre is now being tipped to take over at Atletico Madrid.
