Cole wants Chelsea first team guarantees

Joe Cole is set to open new contract talks with Chelsea.

The Sun says Cole, 23, has one year to run on his contract and has enjoyed superb form as Chelsea retained the Premiership title.
But the England midfielder is frustrated at being substituted.
Loyal Cole has already postponed talks with chief executive Peter Kenyon so he could concentrate on winning the title.
Now, with the Premiership won, it is crunch time and Chelsea hope to tie him down with a four or five-year deal.
A club insider said: "Joe is buzzing after a run of good games. He loves Chelsea but there is a feeling the manager always makes him pay for failings in the team."
