Real Madrid coach Juan Ramon Lopez Caro baulked at questions over the return of David Beckham after last night's dramatic 2-1 win over Malaga.
On the morning of the game, Beckham was in the English press admitting his frustration over Lopez Caro's decision to leave him out for the previous three matches.
But the England captain was reinstalled from the start against Malaga and turned in a commanding performance.
Asked about Beckham's form, Lopez Caro would only say: "I never speak about individuals and I do not want to analyze the performance of a certain player.
"Beckham, like everyone, has worked hard and has been at a great level like the rest of his teammates who have played against Malaga and have gained this victory."
