Villarreal goalkeeper Sebastian Viera is ready to take his Arsenal revenge tonight.
He could have been an Arsenal player last summer but Highbury medics tore up his contract when they discovered Viera was born with a hip defect.
The Uruguay star said: "I've been waiting to prove Arsenal wrong about me after what they did to me. I failed the medical after six hours.
"They said I couldn't carry on playing and sent me back to my club Nacional de Montevideo.
"But they knew what I had from the day they were interested in me as I don't hide I was born with a deformed hip.
"I've shown I deserve to play top-flight football. Now I want Arsenal to see it."
