Fulham boss determined to keep Boa Morte

Fulham manager Chris Coleman insists he is determined to keep captain Luis Boa Morte at the club.

Coleman said: "This has happened so many times with our boys, they speak to a reporter in their own country and it comes back in a bad light.
"I've told Luis where we are trying to go and what players we are trying to sign and he is a big part of that."
Boa Morte, a target for Newcastle last year, is reportedly on Benfica's wish-list, despite having signed a new five-year contract in September.
But Coleman insisted: "Boa has a long contract with us.
"We want to build a team around Luis, Steed Malbranque and Papa Bouba Diop - our best players. I don't take any notice of these type of comments.
"When I was skipper, Kevin Keegan, Paul Bracewell and Jean Tigana did the same with me.
"The captain of the club has a big responsibility and it's important he knows what direction we're going in."
