Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is convinced their underdogs status has helped them in Europe this season.
Ahead of tonight's Champions League semi against Villarreal, Wenger said: "Winning the Champions League is a target we have been after for a very long time.
"Like any game, you first focus on your qualities. The only way to beat Villarreal is to play with our qualities and our strong points - which is flowing football and going forward.
"We want to play the game we love to play and that means being technically mobile and creating chances.
"Maybe we have been under less pressure than the years before because nobody expected us to do it this year.
"Before we were always among the favourites to win it.
"Maybe we never really got there because of that."
