Real Madrid striker Ronaldo hit out at ref Luis Medina Cantalejo after last night's 1-1 draw in Barcelona.
Medina Cantalejo sent-off Roberto Carlos after only 25 minutes for swearing at him, but teammate Ronaldo insisted: "I spoke with the referee at the break because Robert Carlos swore to me that he had not insulted anybody.
"It is strange, because I don't know how anyone could hear Roberto Carlos insult them given all the crowd noise."
On his scoring performance, Ronaldo added: "It was a good result given the circumstances. With a man less, the pitch at the Nou Camp is gigantic, but we showed great pride and have kept face with this result."
